This Spore Network Registered User Privacy Policy
(hereinafter referred to as this "Privacy Policy") is an integral
part of the Spore Network License and Service Agreement (hereinafter
referred to as the "User Agreement"), and is entered into by and
between the user (hereinafter also referred to as "you") and Hangzhou
Spore Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Spore
Network" or "we"). You are not entitled to use Spore Network and
its services unless you have read and accepted all contents of this Privacy
Policy. Your use of Spore Network and its services shall be deemed that you
have read, understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
If you are a minor under the age of 18, you shall read
this Privacy Policy accompanied by your guardian. You and your guardian shall
carefully review all terms. Please use the games and services provided by Spore
Network only after obtaining your guardian’s full consent to this Privacy
Policy.
Spore Network fully respects user privacy and personal information, and shall implement strict protection measures
for your privacy and information. Relevant explanations and specifications are
set forth below:
During your use of Spore Network and its services, we
will collect information actively provided by you or generated due to your use
of our services:
1.1.1 When you register a Spore Network account or use
our products and services, you provide relevant personal information including
but not limited to phone number, email address, nickname, and avatar.1.1.2 In
compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and requirements of
competent authorities, real-name registration is required to continue using our
services. We will collect your real-name identification information (including
name, ID number, residential address and other sensitive personal data) with
your active provision. Refusal to provide such real-name information may result
in inability to log in or restricted use of our services.
1.2.1 Device and Network Information: We may collect your
device ID, device name, device model and version, system version, IP address,
MAC address, application ID, network type and other technical information.1.2.2
Game Log Information: We collect your game operation logs, including but not
limited to login records, item records, match data, and social interaction
records.1.2.3 Transaction Information: When you use consumption functions of
our products, we collect recharge records, consumption records and other
transaction data to facilitate order inquiry and protect the security of your
virtual properties. Such information collection is necessary to complete
transactions; otherwise, payment and consumption functions cannot be normally
used.1.2.4 Interactive Information: When you interact with other players via
text, images, voice or other forms in games, we may collect and store such
content to filter illegal or inappropriate information including pornography,
violence, illegal political content, insults and malicious advertising. If you
wish to enable voice chat, camera shooting or image uploading, we will access
your microphone, camera and photo album only with your explicit authorization.
In accordance with applicable laws, regulations and
national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without
your prior consent under the following circumstances:1.3.1 Matters directly
related to national security and national defense security;1.3.2 Matters
directly related to major public interests such as public safety, public health
and public disclosure;1.3.3 Matters directly related to criminal investigation,
prosecution, trial and judgment enforcement;1.3.4 Circumstances necessary to
protect the vital legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals
where consent cannot be obtained in a timely manner;1.3.5 Personal information
voluntarily disclosed to the public by you;1.3.6 Personal information collected
from legally publicly disclosed channels, such as official news releases and
government public information;1.3.7 Information necessary for conclusion and
performance of contracts at your request;1.3.8 Data required to ensure the
stable and secure operation of our products or services, such as fault
detection and troubleshooting;1.3.9 Information necessary for legitimate news
reporting;1.3.10 Data required for public-interest statistical or academic
research, with all personal identifiers anonymized in published results;1.3.11
Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Our functions and services are continuously updated and
upgraded. If any newly launched function or service involves additional
information collection not specified above, we will specify the content, scope
and purpose of data collection through in-page prompts, interaction processes
or official announcements to obtain your consent.
Your collected personal information shall only be used
for account registration, game provision and service delivery by Spore
Network.2.1 Basic registration and real-name information (guest mode excluded)
are required to create an account and provide standardized game services;
limited functions will be available for guest accounts.2.2 Your information may
be used for identity verification, message push, customer service, security
risk prevention, fraud monitoring, data archiving and backup to ensure the security
and stability of our products and services.2.3 We analyze user usage habits to
optimize product design, upgrade service quality, and meet personalized user
needs.2.4 Spore Network may use Cookies to store and track user data for
service optimization. Such usage is limited to traffic statistics, user
preference analysis, market research and academic research. Cookies may be
accessed by authorized third parties for advertising effect evaluation and
marketing analysis, and all such data shall only be used for analytical
purposes.2.5 For software certification and system upgrade management.
In the provision of services, our system may collect
information through third-party SDKs. Refusal to provide relevant data will
result in inability to use corresponding functions. We will share your personal
information with authorized partners and third parties only under specified
circumstances. For the detailed collection scope, purposes and usage rules of
third-party SDKs, please refer to the independent privacy policies of relevant
third-party operators.
Our services may contain links to external third-party
websites. Such platforms are governed by their own privacy policies and terms
of service. We shall not be responsible for the privacy protection of your
activities on external websites, and you shall carefully review relevant rules
before accessing third-party platforms.

To ensure account security, Spore Network reserves the right to
verify the authenticity and validity of your registered identity information, and shall adopt reasonable technical and
management measures to protect account security. You shall be solely
responsible for properly keeping your account and password,
and using your account in a standardized and safe manner. Any loss or
damage arising from improper safekeeping of account credentials shall be borne
by the responsible party in accordance with the law.

You shall enjoy legitimate rights and assume corresponding legal
liabilities for all activities conducted under your logged-in account.

If you discover unauthorized login, abnormal use or account
leakage, you shall promptly notify us through official channels and apply for
account restriction.
4.
After receiving your abnormal account report, Spore Network will
suspend account access after verifying your valid identity information
consistent with registration records.4.1 We shall promptly restrict account
login and use upon successful identity verification.4.2 We reserve the right to
reject your application if you fail to provide valid identity documents or the
information does not match registered records.
5.
When you need to safeguard legitimate rights and interests, we
will provide necessary assistance including account registration certification
and original registration information verification with valid identity proof.
We may also provide relevant evidence to administrative authorities and
judicial organs as required by legal procedures.

We have the right to immediately terminate service provision if
you publish illegal content, violate public morality or other prohibitive
provisions of law.

We may terminate services if you engage in improper conduct during
the use of our products.
3.
If you provide false registration information or violate this
Privacy Policy, Spore Network has the right to suspend partial or all services.
We will notify you of the suspension reason and reasonable duration, and resume
services in a timely manner upon expiration of the suspension period.
1.1 Storage Location: In compliance with legal
requirements, all collected personal information is stored within the territory
of the People’s Republic of China. We currently do not conduct cross-border
data transmission. If cross-border data transfer is required in the future, we
will separately inform you of the transfer purpose, overseas recipients,
security measures and potential risks, and obtain your explicit authorization.
We will ensure that overseas data processors adopt adequate security protection
measures.1.2 Storage Period: We retain your personal information only within
the shortest period necessary to fulfill service purposes. Account basic
information will be retained during your continuous use of services for
identity verification and system security. Transaction records and operation
data will be kept in accordance with legal requirements (e.g., no less than
three years as stipulated by the E-commerce Law).1.3 Upon expiration of the
required storage period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
2.1 We attach great importance to personal data security
and adopt industry-standard security measures in strict compliance with laws
and regulations to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification,
damage or loss of your information.2.2 We will publicly release this Privacy
Policy in a prominent manner before collecting sensitive personal information,
and implement strict data protection mechanisms.2.3 Without your explicit
consent, we shall not disclose or share your sensitive personal information
(including name, ID number, contact information and residential address) with
any third party, except for the following circumstances: authorized disclosure
by you or your guardian; mandatory requirements by laws, regulations and
regulatory authorities; official requests from judicial and administrative
organs in accordance with legal procedures; needs for legal proceedings
initiated by Spore Network; and legitimate requests from your legal guardians.
You have the right to inquire, correct, delete personal
information and withdraw authorization. We guarantee your legitimate rights to
protect your privacy and data security.
You may query your personal information through official
product settings and in-game personal center pages, including:1.1 Account
information such as avatar and nickname;1.2 For other non-public personal data,
you may contact our customer service for inquiry assistance.
You may apply to correct incomplete, incorrect or
outdated personal information:2.1 Basic editable information such as avatar and
nickname can be modified directly through in-game settings;2.2 For real-name
information and non-editable data, you may submit a correction application to
our customer service. We will complete modification after identity
verification, provided that the change does not violate mandatory legal
provisions. Certain core real-name registration information cannot be modified
for security and identity recognition purposes.
3.1 You may submit a deletion application for your
personal information through official contact channels. We will delete or
anonymize relevant data upon review, unless otherwise required by law.3.2 You
have the right to request data deletion under the following conditions:(1) Our
data processing activities violate applicable laws and regulations;(2)
Information is collected and used without your consent;(3) We breach agreed
data processing terms;(4) You complete account cancellation;(5) We discontinue product
operation and services.
You may withdraw system permission authorization (photo
album, camera, microphone, etc.) at any time through device system settings or
in-game permission management. Withdrawing authorization will disable
corresponding functional services, but will not affect
data processing conducted with your prior legitimate authorization. You may
also withdraw your acceptance of this Privacy Policy or cancel your account to
terminate all subsequent data collection.
You may apply for account cancellation by contacting our
customer service. After cancellation, you will no longer be able to log in to
our products. All unconsumed virtual rights and account data will be deleted or
anonymized (operation logs will be retained for no less than six months in
compliance with cybersecurity laws). Cancelled accounts cannot be recovered.

We will update this Privacy Policy in a timely manner in
accordance with product iteration and legal adjustments. No reduction of your
legitimate rights will be made without your explicit consent. In case of
material amendments that substantially affect your rights, we will issue prior
notices through in-app reminders, official announcements or push messages. Your
continued use of services after the update shall be deemed acceptance of the
revised policy.

Material policy changes include but are not limited to:2.1 Major
adjustments to data processing purposes, content and usage methods;2.2 Changes
in corporate ownership, organizational structure and business layout;2.3 Major
adjustments to third-party information sharing mechanisms;2.4 Changes to user
rights and remedy channels;2.5 Updates to personal information protection
complaint channels;2.6 High-risk findings issued by personal information
security impact assessments.

in-game pages and our official website. For any access-related questions,

This Privacy Policy is executed in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, the
People’s Republic of China.
2.
The conclusion, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution
of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic
of China, excluding conflict of law rules.

In the event of a dispute arising from the performance of this
Policy, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation. If
negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court
having jurisdiction over the place of execution.

1.2.1 设备或网络信息：在您使用孢子网络及服务过程中，我们可能会收集您的设备ID、设备名称、设备类型和版本、系统版本、IP地址、MAC地址、应用ID、网络类型等信息；

1.2.4 互动信息：当您在游戏中通过文字、图片、语音及其他方式与其他玩家进行互动，我们可能会收集并保存您发送的上述信息内容用于过滤色情、暴力、政治、辱骂、恶意广告等不当内容。如您希望通过语音与其他游戏玩家互动或者拍摄、上传图片，经过您授权同意后，孢子网络会访问您的麦克风、摄像头、相册等。
1.3 根据相关法律法规及国家标准，以下情形中，我们可能会收集、使用您的相关个人信息无需征求您的授权同意：
1.3.1 与国家安全、国防安全等国家利益直接相关的；

2. 用户对登录后所持账号产生的行为依法享有权利和承担责任。
3. 用户发现其账号或密码被他人非法使用或有使用异常的情况的，应及时根据孢子网络公布的处理方式通知孢子网络，并有权通知孢子网络采取措施暂停该账号的登录和使用。
4. 孢子网络根据用户的通知采取措施暂停用户账号的登录和使用的，孢子网络应当要求用户提供并核实与其注册身份信息相一致的个人有效身份信息。
4.1 孢子网络核实用户所提供的个人有效身份信息与所注册的身份信息相一致的，应当及时采取措施暂停用户账号的登录和使用。
4.2 用户没有提供其个人有效身份证件或者用户提供的个人有效身份证件与所注册的身份信息不一致的，孢子网络有权拒绝用户上述请求。
5. 用户为了维护其合法权益，向孢子网络提供与所注册的身份信息相一致的个人有效身份信息时，孢子网络应当为用户提供账号注册人证明、原始注册信息等必要的协助和支持，并根据需要向有关行政机关和司法机关提供相关证据信息资料。
三、服务的中止与终止 1. 用户有发布违法信息、严重违背社会公德、以及其他违反法律禁止性规定的行为，孢子网络有权立即终止对用户提供服务。
2. 用户在接受孢子网络服务时实施不正当行为的，孢子网络有权终止对用户提供服务。
3. 用户提供虚假注册身份信息，或实施违反本协议的行为，孢子网络有权中止对用户提供全部或部分服务；孢子网络采取中止措施应当通知用户并告知中止期间，中止期间应该是合理的，中止期间届满孢子网络应当及时恢复对用户的服务。
四、用户信息存储与保护 1. 信息存储
1.1 存储地点：我们依照法律法规的规定，仅会将收集到的有关您的个人信息存储于中华人民共和国境内。目前我们暂时不存在跨境存储您的个人信息或向境外提供个人信息的场景。如果确有必要进行数据的跨境传输，我们会单独向您明确告知（包括数据出境的目的、接收方、使用方式与范围、使用内容、安全保障措施、安全风险等），并征得您的授权同意，我们会确保数据接收方有充足的数据保护能力来保护您的个人信息。
1.2 存储期限：我们在为您提供满足产品和服务目的所必需且最短的期间内保留您的个人信息，例如：当您使用我们的注册及会员功能时，我们需要收集您的手机号码，且在您提供后并在您使用该功能期间，我们需要持续保存您的手机号码，以向您正常提供该功能、保障您的账号和系统安全。此外，我们或对您的相关信息保存至相关法律所规定的必要期限（例如《电子商务法》规定：商品和服务信息、交易信息保存时间自交易完成之日起不少于三年）。

2.3 除本《隐私条款》明确约定外，未经用户许可，孢子网络不得向任何第三方提供、公开或共享用户注册资料中的姓名、个人有效身份证件号码、联系方式、家庭住址等个人身份信息，但下列情况除外：用户或用户监护人授权孢子网络披露的；有关法律法规或强制性规定要求孢子网络披露的；司法机关或行政机关基于法定程序要求孢子网络提供的；孢子网络为维护自身合法权益而向用户提起诉讼或者仲裁时；应用户监护人的合法要求而提供用户个人身份信息时。

2. 您有权更正您的个人信息
当您发现您提供给我们的个人信息存在登记错误、不完整或有更新的，您可通过本《隐私条款》提供的方式联系我们并提交更正申请。 2.1对于您的部分个人信息如头像、昵称等，我们在游戏的相关功能页面为您提供了操作设置，您可以直接进行更正/修改。
2.2 对于您在行使上述权利过程中遇到的困难，或者其他可能目前无法向您提供在线自行更正/修改服务的，您可通过本《隐私条款》提供的方式联系我们，要求我们更正或修改您的数据，经过对您身份的验证，且更正/修改不影响信息的客观性和准确性的情况下，我们可以对错误或不完整的信息作出更正或修改，但法律法规另有规定的除外。但出于安全性和身份识别的考虑，您可能无法修改注册时提交的某些初始注册信息（如姓名、身份证件号码等实名注册信息）。
3. 您有权删除您的个人信息
3.1 对于您的部分个人信息，您可通过本《隐私条款》提供的方式联系我们提出删除申请。个人信息删除申请审核通过后，我们即会对此类信息进行删除或匿名化处理，除非法律法规另有规定。
3.2 当发生以下情况时，您可以直接要求我们删除您的个人信息，但已做匿名化处理或法律法规另有规定的除外：

如前文所述，我们提供的游戏产品和服务的部分功能需要获得您使用设备的相关权限（包括：相册、摄像头、麦克风等，具体以产品实际获取的功能为准）。您可以在授权后随时撤回（或停止）对该权限的继续授权。例如您可以通过ios设备中的“设置-隐私-照片”来关闭您对手机相册的授权。您也可以通过游戏内相应功能页面撤回对本《隐私条款》的同意，或通过注销账号的方式，永久撤回我们继续收集您个人信息的全部授权。您需理解，当您撤回授权后，我们无法继续为您提供撤回授权所对应的特定功能和/或服务。但您撤回授权的决定，不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。 5. 您有权注销您的账号
您可以通过本《隐私条款》提供的方式联系我们申请注销您的账号。当您注销账号后，您将无法再以该账号登录和使用孢子网络产品与服务；且该账号在孢子网络产品与服务使用期间已产生的但未消耗完毕的权益及未来的逾期利益等全部权益将被清除；该账号下的内容、信息、数据、记录等将会被删除或匿名化处理（但法律法规另有规定或监管部门另有要求的除外，如依据《中华人民共和国网络安全法》规定，您的网络操作日志将至少保留六个月的时间）；用户账号注销完成后，将无法恢复。 六、本《隐私条款》的更新及访问 1. 为了给您提供更好的服务，我们会根据产品的更新情况及法律法规的相关要求更新本《隐私条款》的条款，该等更新构成本《隐私条款》的一部分。未经您明确同意，我们不会削减您按照《隐私条款》所应享有的权利。如该等更新造成您在本《隐私条款》下权利的实质减少或重大变更，我们将通过在显著位置提示或向您发送推送消息或以其他方式通知您，若您继续使用我们的服务，即表示您充分阅读、理解并同意受经修订的本《隐私条款》的约束。

七、法律适用与争议解决 1. 本《孢子网络注册用户隐私条款》签订地为中华人民共和国上海市浦东新区。
2. 本《孢子网络注册用户隐私条款》的订立、履行、解释及争议解决均应适用中华人民共和国法律并排除一切冲突法的适用。
3. 如双方就本《孢子网络注册用户隐私条款》内容或履行发生任何争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成时，任何一方均应向本《孢子网络注册用户隐私条款》签订地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
4. 本协议所有条款的标题仅为阅读方便，本身并无实际涵义，不能作为本协议涵义解释的依据。
5. 本协议条款无论因何种原因部分无效，其余条款仍有效，对各方具有约束力。

2. 我们会在收到您的意见及建议，并验证您的用户身份后的15日内尽快向您回复，如遇特殊或复杂情况，我们的反馈时间可能相应延长。此外，您理解并知悉，在与个人信息有关的如下情形下，我们将无法回复您的请求：
2.1 与国家安全、国防安全有关的；
2.2 与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的；
